Hi everyone how are you all? welcome once again to my little bit of blogland ! What gorgeous weather we are having at the moment and long may it continue!
Its challenge time over at Stamping with the Dragon with the theme being "Anything Altered" and we the DT have had some super gorgeous goodies to work with designed by the lovely Janette Padley Owner/ designer of Dragons Lair Designs.
So without further ado I am sharing with you today a little creation I have come up with and I hope that you like it!
Recipe and goodies used
Base: Piece of corrugated card with a piece of wood veneer that I cut and broke bits off around the edge attached to it with red super sticky double sided tape and edged with Autumn Bronze Guilding Wax from Creative expressions
Backing Paper: From the Aged Journal - Angels kit
Topper: I used a different piece of wood veneer and attached it with silicone glue.
Image: Big headed tortoise digi image fromm Dragons Lair designs. I coloured it in using a selection of my trusty promarkers and used glossy accents to highlight his eyes and shell.
Embelishments: A few shells from my stash attached using silicone glue and a bit of ribbon for the hanger.
I soooo love this image isn't he just adorable!
