Crafting for all Seasons - Cute and Summery

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy.
Welcome to my little bit of blogland.
Today sees the start of a brand new challenge over at Crafting for all Seasons and the  theme for the challenge is Cute and Summery. Our sponsor for this challenge is That Craft Place and I have used the gorgeous Daisy Image by Lisa Cree
So here is a card that I have created and I hope that you like it.

Here's how I did it
I used a 6x6 square card blank and covered it with paper from my stash, I have lightly inked it around the edges. I have created the topper by distressing paper from the same collection and layering it with the image that has been colored using a selection of Promarkers. To finish i have embellished using a selection of flowers pearls and satin ribbon bow.

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy
Welcome to my little bit of blogland.
Today sees the start of a brand new challenge over at Crafting for all Seasons. The theme for the challenge is Shades of Summer and our sponsor is The Hobby House.
We had an amazing number of entries for the last challenge and hope that you can join us for this one with your take on Shades Of Summer.
So here is a card that I have created and I hope that you like it.

Here's how I did it
I took a 5x5 card blank and covered it with paper from the Henbury Lane range  from Papermania. I next created the topper by decoupaging elements from the same kit, popped it onto a square doily and added the sentiment. To embellish i added card candi, a butterfly from the kit and pink organza ribbon bow.
