A little bit of Zen

Hi everyone just sneaking a quick post in before tonight's pamper party!
I have created a card using the gorgeous Zen Fairy image from Faery Ink.
Here is my card and I hope that you like it!

Here's how I did it!
I took a 6x6 textured card blank and covered it with paper from Desert Bloom paper. Then I matt and layered some dull silver card and more paper from the Desert Bloom, this paper is glittered so is especially pretty! The topper is the gorgeous Zen Faery image from Faery ink and I have coloured her with a selection of my Copics.
The flowers are created by punching out pink vellum and the topper card and gently squeezing them together, a little stickles has been added. To embellish i have added self adhesive pearls pink organza ribbon and bow and a little sentiment.

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy!
Welcome to my little bit of blogland!

We the DT have had some gorgeous images to work with from our fab sponsor
Our sponsor for this challenge is Milk Coffee who are giving a FAB 3 images to the lucky winner.
Here is what i have created for this challenge and I hope that you like it.
Here's how i did it!
Ok so I used a 5x5 card blank and covered it with dotty paper from Dovecraft and inked around the edges. Next i added two pieces of contrasting paper at angles towards the centre of the card i had previously distressed them with a Tim Holtz distressing tool.
The topper has been created by colouring the gorgeous Lisbeth - Goodnight digi image from Milk and Coffee. I have used a selection of  Copic Pens. To finish i popped some lovely green striped ribbon a greeting and a heart die cut accross the card .

GDT post for Barnemix

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. Welcome to my little bit of blogland. I have neglected my poor wee blog somewhat recently and not crafted much due to health issues and numerous hospital appointments but hopefully things will settle down again soon and I can get back to doing what I love. CRAFTING!
Anyways enough of my rambling and down to business.
I was extremely pleased to be asked by the lovely Anne-Lise Johannessen to be a Guest designer for Barnemix ( see links below). I was given the FAB Little Miss Inocence- NOT digi image by Ikes Art to use for my make and I hope that you like what I have created.

Here's how i did it
I took a 6x6 card blank and covered it with paper from Desert Bloom by First Edition that I have inked around the edges using Soft Suede ink from Stampin Up. I matted and Layered the topper that I created by using more paper from Desert Bloom and the image I was given, I coloured the image with a selection of Copic Ciao pens.
The sentiment is a stamp from my stash and to finish I created the flowers by punching the flower shapes from the same paper I used on the card and added a little button in the centre of them. To embellish a little I added buttons and a bow I created from 3mmm dotty ribbon.
