Tsunami Rose DT March Creations

Hey everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. Welcome once again to my little bit of Blogland. Today I would like to share with you a little jar that I have altered using the gorgeous Petticoat Ephemera printable papers designed by the super talented Daisy Collins the owner and designer of Tsunami Rose designs. So here it is and I hope that you like it.

And here's how it all came together!
So I started off with a baby food jar that I covered with paper from the Petticoat Ephemera printable collection. On the lid I have popped 3 little roses that I have created by tearing a spiral from the same paper and letting them ping apart, also around the edge of the lid ive added some distress paint although it is difficult to see the effect it has created on the pics but its a lovely vintage shabby look along with the lace.
On the Jar itself ive added the same lace as the lid, feathers and a lovely paper rose along with black organza ribbon and some lovely satin dusky pink ribbon.

Tsunami Rose March DT creation

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. I have to share with you a vase that i have altered for my DT project at Tsunami Rose. The team have had some gorgeous printables this month to work with and my challenge was to alter a vase. This vase is precious to me as it belonged to my mommy I think that she would love how it has turned out. Here is the Vase i have altered and I hope that you like it.

Heres how I did it!
Ok so the first picture above shows a few things that i have used along with the vase that I have altered. I rough cut some pieces of paper from the monochrome printable journal kit and added them to the vase using Modge Podge. I did this all around the vase until it was completely covered and also popped a little inside the top of the vase with the lacy part of a doily around the inside edge.
The flowers that are dotted around the vase are so easy to create, you simply tear spirals out of the paper and roll them up and let them ping out! Ok so I popped some pretty lace around the top and around the Vase itself along with some gorgeous hand tied organza bows. The Made of love sentiment is also a printable from Tsunami Rose.

Hi everyone I hope that you are all well and happy. Welcome to my little bit of blogland!
Today sees the start of a brand new challenge over at Crafting For All Seasons the theme for this challenge is Girly Girls.
Here is a card I have created for the challenge and I hope that you like it!

Here's how i did it!
i took a 6x5 card blank and punched down one side with an xcut scallop edged punch, Glued on a lovely piece of glittered cardstock and popped a piece of the same cardstock under the punched out side.
The image I have used is the gorgeous Isabella from Visible Image and is coloured with Copics. She is mounted on a scallop edged ovals die cut from Spellbinder. Happy Birthday greeting is mounted on a little bit of lace and both are from my stash. I finished by embellishing with die cut swirls from a sizzix die, mullberry flowers, pearls die cut butterflies and an satin edged organza bow.
