Steampunk Junkies Challenge 2 DT make

Hi everyone hope that you are all well and happy !
Thank you everyone for your get well wishes for my hubby , he is on the mend but unfortunately may need surgery on his wrist because the break is quite a serious one but we will know for sure on wednesday when he goes back to see his consultant .
But on a much brighter note its challenge time over at Steampunk Junkies !
Today i have to share with you my creation for the Steampunk Junkiess challenge 2 with a time travel theme

heres how i made it
I printed out the handbag base from the Tinkering with Steampunk cd rom and stuck them together using double sided tape . I then added some wooden emblies to it from Crafty Emblies ( see bottom of post for link ) and some chain , metalic thread ,gems and chipboard sentiment from my stash .
I hope you like what i have created here , i know i had fun doing it !

The Crafty Pad Challenge 188 Autumn Colours , my DT Creation

Hi everyone how are you all , phew what a mad time ive been having since my last blog post , my gorgeous hubby had a set of ladders collapse under him and is somewhat battered and bruised but thankfully not seriously hurt and is on the mend now ,so ive had very very little crafting done but im getting back in the swing of things and have one or two projects on the go from altered items to something a little christmassy so watch this space lol !
 
 
Its challenge time over at The Crafty Pad with a gorgeous theme its Autumn Colours !
and heres what i created
 

Heres how i made it !
I used an 8" round scalloped card blank from hunkydory that i have in my stash its a satin finish and a beautiful rich caramel colour and atatched a sentiment to the centre of the card using prit stick .
Next i coloured in with a selection of my promarkers TCP Acorn and Leaves image and atatched them around the edges of the sentiment along with a few skeleton leaves with prit stick and to finish i tied some creamy coloured raffia into bows and atatched them using double sided tape .
 

Im very lucky to be given such gorgeous images to work with time and time again and be part of an amazing team over at The Crafty Pad .

Steampunk junkies challenge 1 DT make

 

Hi everyone i hope you are all well and happy and getting plenty of crafting done !
WHOOP WHOOP its the very first challenge over at Steampunk Junkies a fantastic and brand new blog , im really proud to be part of the team and my teamies are a very talented bunch !
so i have to share with you today my creation as part of the team
and here it is !
heres how i made my frame card
From my Tinkering With Steampunk CD Rom i printed out all the main elements and cut them out , i used double sided tape to stick the fram together and the easel to the back .
I then sprayed the cogs with gold shimmer spray from the Dawn Bibby range ( difficult to see in the pic ) and the same with the stars , circles and the scissors and used metalic promarker for the centre of the cogs and the basque .
The manequin on the right is layered with sticky foam pads as is the sentiment at the top right corner , i used a turtle charm , sequins , pearls gold wire and gems to embelish .
I hope you like what i have created , i had alot of fun doing this .

Anything But Square challenge , my make for The Crafty Pad DT

Morning everyone i hope that you are all well and happy .
Its challenge time over at The Crafty Pad with the Theme being  
Anything But Square .
I have to share with you all my make as part of the design team and i hope that you like it.
and here it is !
 


I used a scalloped rectangle card blank from my stash for the base .
I then used a piece of white smooth card and around that attatched some black lace and attatched to the base using double sided tape .
I used TCP his masters voice gramaphone and dog image  and covered them in glossy accents alowed them to dry and attatched them using sticky foam pads and to finish i added buttons , card candi and a fancy ribbon bow .
